Growing up my Grandmother had me in Church every Sunday. Every Sunday my shy, timid self would look up to older individuals who would always remind who Joshua was in the Bible. I was always reminded Joshua in the Bible was a leader and a warrior. For many years I shrugged these comments off as if they were unimportant and non essential. As Time went on, Sunday service continued I began to notice other things. I becmae fscinated with the Church building itself. The huge amount of land the property stood on top of. The many floors, roooms, and seemingly potential hiding places in the church. The structuve of the church further grew into an interest in other buildings, stores, and other properties throughout my Bronx community. As I grew into my teenage and early adult years I rekindled a long lost fascination I have had with buildings, property, land. It amazed me how these homes have been in the same place for years but the people change. Little did I know and understand the significant history of these properties and communities. The stories are similar across cities but involve different people. I lacked the awareness and undeestanding of the vale of these cities, particularly so called "black: neighborhoods. I was ginorant to the history of white flight as "black" peple moved into these "urban" communities in search of a better life. AS "white" people fled these areas in fear of intergration. Now I see massive shifts in demographics and demand as many of these once undesirbable cities have all of a sudden become desirable again. As I grew older and began to undertsood who Joshua was in the BIble. I have come to the conclusion Joshua was one of the first real estate agents to have ever existed. He was ordained by God to bring the chosen people to their Land. God was the seller of the free land. The chosen people were the buyers whom were getting the land free of Charge. Joshua was in charge of securing and guiding/ assigning the people to their respective locations. I view my life with big shoes to fill. Helping our people solve their real estate challenges. Everyone's particular situation is different. Some are looking to sell their homes and relocate. Others are seeking to buy and establish roots. Whatever the occasion I desire to provide reliable and effective methods to ensure a proper resolution to any situation.
